Description

Under general supervision, leads and coordinates daily operations of a high-impact outreach program focused on connecting individuals with substance use disorders to vital treatment, recovery bridge housing, re-entry services, and job placement opportunities.

1. Drives community engagement initiatives to increase awareness, participation, and trust in available services, with a strong focus on workforce reintegration and long-term stability.
2. Actively oversees the recruitment and retention of clients, utilizing targeted outreach strategies to identify individuals in need and ensure their sustained participation.
3. Manages a caseload of clients requiring care coordination support, with particular attention to linking them with employment resources and job readiness programs.
4. Must be able to work effectively with second-chance employers to create pathways to meaningful employment for individuals with criminal justice involvement or other barriers to traditional employment.
5. Develops and maintains comprehensive data collection tools (e.g., surveys, checklists) to evaluate program effectiveness and improve service delivery.
6. Plans, promotes, and executes community events—such as job fairs, health expos, and re-entry workshops—designed to foster connection between clients and employment, training, and recovery services.

Requirements

Must have at least 2 years of experience.
Must have a valid CA driver's license.
Must have reliable transportation.
